RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If for any reason you are unsatisfied, McVeran will exchange or refund (at half price, not to include shipping cost) all items except, Custom Care items are only available for exchange. All items must be returned in the original jar to be applicable.

In the event an exchange is warranted, McVeran will accept items partially used, in their original container, not missing more than 50% of the items capacity, return shipping will be waived, new order shipping fee's will apply.
